Warranty

MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY-Barns By Harrah’s (BBH) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date the product is delivered to the Original Purchaser.  “Original Purchaser” is that person or entity who purchases BBH products for their own use.  This warranty is subject to the terms, provisions, exclusions, and limitations set forth herein.

CERANAMEL ROOF PANELS- FORTY (40) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY-BBH warrants by the manufacturer to the Original Purchaser on peel, check or crack which occur under normal weathering conditions. The warranty also covers fade or change color in excess of five (5) DE (Hunter) units.

SKYLIGHTS-TEN (10) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY-BBH warrants by the manufacturer to the Original Purchaser guaranteed to remain structurally sound, maintain a good surface condition free of exposed fibers (loss of gloss expected), remain free of rust, rotting, corrosion, or abnormal discoloration.  (Normal pigmentation change expected)  In accepting this warranty the Original Purchaser agrees to perform minimum maintenance which is washing with non-abrasive soap or cleaner of the panels at least three times a year.

STEEL LINED WALL OR DOOR PANELS-LIFETIME “KICK-THRU” LIMITED WARRANTY-BBH will replace or repair any double steel lined wall, kicked through by a horse, as long as that wall has not been  moved from the original location and is owned by the original owner.

BARNS BY HARRAH’S-WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

THE FOLLOWING ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE LIMITED WARRANTY-  1) Rust due to stall mats, bedding, or any other objects that can hold moisture up against walls and wall channels.  BBH recommends all walls be raised by piers, footings, or curbs 3 1/2” above level ground. 2) Incidental, cosmetic, or consequential damages.  3)  Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, or use in violation of instructions furnished by BBH. 4)  Damage resulting from acts of God, war, or riots.  5) Equipment and parts which have been altered in any way whatsoever without written authorization from BBH.  6)  All repairs and replacement parts not authorized by BBH  7) Wood Finishes (reversed batten board, T&G, T-1-11, Pre-finished Hardboards, etc.)  BBH recommends that you NOT use wood product materials on the exterior of any building or the interior of a stall containing animals nor does BBH warrant such applications.  Because BBH has no control over the matter, Original Purchaser agrees that any warping, separation or surface damage or deterioration of any wall or door panels is not due to any defect in material or workmanship, and is not covered by this Limited Warranty.   ON OTHER AREAS WHERE YOU USE WOOD PRODUCTS, BBH RECOMMENDS THAT YOU HAVE THEM SEALED AND THEN PAINTED TO PROTECT THEM FROM THE EFFECTS OF THE ELEMENTS AND USE.  8) Any labor costs incurred in removing or reinstalling BBH parts or products.
